What is NEYouth?
NEYouth is a monthly worship and social night at North End Baptist Church. There is food, games, a music 'jam' session, and a lively talk and discussion about life issues. The evening ends with worship - a mixture of songs from Hillsong via dvd, and live music, the results of the jam session.
Who can come to NEYouth?
The evening is open to anyone aged 11-30, and all leaders and helpers are CRB checked.
Is NEYouth free?
The evening is free to attend - if you wish to eat, there is a £1 charge to cover the cost of the food.
When is NEYouth?
NEYouth happens once a month on either the first or second Saturday of the month - check the 'Future Dates' section for actual dates. The evening starts at 7pm and finishes at 9pm.

NEYouth is at North End Baptist Church on Powerscourt Road, North End, Portsmouth.
What do we talk about at NEYouth?
The talks focus on issues relevant to teenage life today with Biblical input. There is time after the talk for discussion in groups about those issues, with relevant questions asked to prompt discussion.
What else happens at NEYouth?
In the hall there are various games and activities such as table tennis, table football, darts, snooker, etc. Music plays, and you are free to join in the activities or sit, chill out, and chat with friends. There is alos a quiet room available. There is a tuck shop selling soft drinks, crisps, and chocolate bars. Hot food available, eg. pizza, chips, for a £1 charge. In the church, there is a 'jam session' to prepare a song for worship. Worship follows the talk & discussion.
